Department of Transportation regulations prohibit aerosol cans, glass containers and flammable substances inside the passenger compartment of school buses. Therefore, students should not bring these items on school buses because they can cause an adverse allergic reaction in some individuals.
Any electronic devices that are being misused may be confiscated by the bus drivers and returned to the students when they depart the bus. If a student continues to violate these rules, the device may be confiscated and returned only to a parent or guardian, director of transportation or principal. Failure to follow these and any bus rules may result in disciplinary action in accordance with the school's Code of Conduct.
The bus circles for the High/Middle and the Elementary School are for school buses and emergency vehicles only. They are clearly marked with the appropriate signage.
When dropping off or picking a child up at school, please pull into the parking lots, not the bus circles.
