A 30-day public comment period on proposed changes to the District Safety Plan begins on Friday, Dec. 14.

The plan is set to be approved at the Board of Education meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 22.

School Safety Plans must be made available for public comment at least thirty days prior to adoption by the School Board. The School Board may adopt the plans only after at least one public hearing has been held which provides for the participation of school personnel, parents, students and other interested parties.
