Participants in the 8th annual Warrior Walk raised nearly $1600 for four different charities. The annual event held on Sunday, Oct. 1 had about 100 participants.

The middle school Friends of Rachel Club sponsors the walk and they have decided to donate $700 for hurricane relief, $500 to the Stillwater Food Pantry, $300 to the Mechanicville Food Pantry, and $100 to the Families of Freedom Scholarship Fund.
