3. Revise Wrestling stipend to reflect Varsity level sport stipend for the 2018 -19  school year
4. Revise Unified Sports stipend to align with Modified Sports coaching stipend for the 2018-19 school year
5. Revise Modified Winter Sports stipends to align with other modified level sports  stipends for the 2018-19 school year
6. Add an additional Schedule B section of Academic Study Hall
