Special update: Free meals for all students in 21-22; it’s still important to apply for Free & Reduced Price meals

Dear Stillwater Families:

Stillwater Central School District is pleased to announce that all enrolled students will receive free meals through an extended waiver from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). We offer breakfast and lunch in our schools.

Please note: For families who qualify, it is still very important to submit an application for the Free and Reduced Price Meals program, so your student’s eligibility doesn’t lapse when meals return to regular pricing, and because there are other important benefits to qualifying and applying for this program. An application can be found in the school calendar that was recently mailed home, and also may be downloaded from this  website.

Our meal program depends on participation to receive funding reimbursement, so please encourage your children to come in to get breakfast and lunch. And if your children bring a lunch from home, they can still get fruit, a veggie and milk for free!

Students must have money in their accounts to purchase extra entrees, snacks or drinks.

Questions? Please don’t hesitate to contact me at 518-373-6100, ext. 30513, or at jhopeck@scsd.org.

Thank you, and enjoy the rest of your summer.

Sincerely,
Joan Hopeck
Food Services Director
