Jenna Urbanski receives AASBA Community Service Award

Headshot of Jenna UrbanskiIn the spring, Stillwater senior Jenna Urbanski was chosen as an Adirondack Area School Boards (AASBA) Community Service Award winner. She was one of 29 area seniors who were nominated by AASBA member school districts for their outstanding community service.

Jenna is an active member of the community and was nominated by Stillwater Central School District. She has volunteered for St. Paul’s Church youth group, the Saratoga County Animal Shelter and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

At Stillwater, Jenna was a member of the band, National Honor Society, Friends of Rachel, Varsity Club, Outdoor Club and Yearbook Club. She ran on the cross country and track & field teams. Jenna also served as the Class Treasurer and she participated in TEC-SMART.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual dinner was cancelled. However, all students received a $300 scholarship and a recognition certificate from AASBA. Congratulations, Jenna!
