Student Health Attestation Reminder

Dear Stillwater Families,

As a reminder, as per state guidance and our reopening plan, parents/students are required to answer the student health attestation on a weekly basis as a periodic check. Every Monday this assessment will be sent to your student’s Stillwater email account for grades UPK-12 and it will also be sent to the parent email for grades UPK-8. Parents (or students, depending on the grade level) are required to answer the questions appropriately as per guidance from the State Department of Health.

In addition, parents are required to check their child’s temperature and assess health on a daily basis. It is extremely important that you check for the DOH listed symptoms and ensure that your child’s temperature is below 100 degrees fahrenheit.

DOH listed symptoms are as follows:

  • Cough
  • Fever
  • Chills
  • Loss of taste/smell
  • Vomiting and /or diarrhea
  • Muscle pain
  • Sore throat/congestion
  • Fatigue
  • Nausea

As always, if you have any questions, please reach out to your child’s building principal.

Sincerely,

Patricia Morris
Superintendent of Schools
