Dear Stillwater families,

At this point in time, we plan to continue with the original plan to celebrate the graduation of Stillwater High School’s Class of 2023 outdoors on the turf field promptly at 8 p.m. this evening, with fireworks to follow.

We are closely monitoring the weather forecast. If the forecast changes to inclement weather that would require moving the ceremony indoors, we will inform you of that change at 5 p.m.

Please also note that our campus has a lightning detection system that will sound an alarm on the turf field if lightning is in our region. If that were to occur this evening, everyone will move indoors so the ceremony can continue safely in the auditorium, with live streaming areas also available.

The ceremony will be livestreamed on YouTube, @stillwaterlive5690.

We appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we celebrate our graduating seniors.
