Registration for the Stillwater Elementary Summer Enrichment Program opens May 17

Stillwater Central School District is thrilled to offer a Summer Elementary Enrichment Camp for all incoming students in first through fifth grade. This means if your child will be in first grade, second grade, third grade, fourth grade or fifth grade in the fall of 2025, they are eligible to sign-up for this exciting opportunity.

The camp will be located at Stillwater Middle-High School between July 7-24, 2025 and running Monday through Thursday. Drop off begins at 9 a.m. and pick up at 11:30 a.m. More information about drop off and pick up locations will follow. Transportation is not provided, so you will need to arrange transportation for your child.

Your child will select two weekly sessions, which they’ll attend all week. Leaders have planned new activities this year, so daily attendance is encouraged! Review all options before signing up, as class sizes are limited. If your child’s preferred class is full, please check other sessions or weeks. Activity descriptions are listed below with teacher names, though these assignments may change.

Registration for camps will open at 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 17, via Arbiter Sports (formerly FamilyID). If you already have an Arbiter Sports account, you can use it for registration. If you do NOT have an account, we suggest creating an account before registration day. Last year, our classes filled quickly, so it’s important to register as soon as possible. Click here to create an Arbiter Sports account. Once registration opens, you can sign up your child(ren) for camp.

You’ll receive a confirmation email from Arbiter Sports once registration is complete. For questions, contact Sue O’Malley, SEEC Coordinator, at somalley@scsd.org or (518) 373-6100, ext 31007, or Rebecca Toleman, Stillwater Elementary Principal, at retoleman@scsd.org or (518) 373-6100.
