Jan. 25: Two individuals in school community test positive for COVID-19

Dear Stillwater Community,

Today, Monday, Jan. 25, the district reported two additional positive cases of COVID-19 in our school community. One case was confirmed on Saturday; the other case was confirmed today. The cases include:

  • One individual associated with the elementary school who was last in the building on Friday, Jan. 22. There are no quarantines in our school community related to this case other than the individual who is positive.
  • One individual associated with the middle school who was last in the building on Tuesday, Dec. 15. There were no school contacts.

Thank you for continuing to inform the district of potential exposure, testing, quarantines and/or possible positive test results. This information helps to keep us current on the potential spread of the virus in our town, village and school.

As always, if you have any questions, please reach out to your school principal.

Sincerely,

Patricia Morris
Superintendent of Schools
